Meet Chef Darryl Harmon
Romana European Tapas Lounge is proud to be led by the culinary genius of Chef Darryl Harmon, an internationally renowned celebrity chef with a distinguished career that spans the globe. Chef Harmon has been honored as “Chef of the Year” by the American Culinary Federation and currently serves as a National Brand Ambassador for Certified Angus Beef, showcasing his expertise in creating exceptional dishes with the finest ingredients.
With a flair for crafting memorable dining experiences, Chef Harmon brings his passion for food and hospitality to Romana. He has had the privilege of preparing intimate dinners for a host of prominent figures, including U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, Former President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf, and legendary filmmaker Michael Bay. Chef Harmon’s culinary talents have also been featured on prestigious platforms such as The Chef’s Kitchen, FOX 29’s Good Day Philadelphia, and the Food Network’s South Beach and Atlantic City Food & Wine Shows.
In addition to his media appearances, Chef Harmon has showcased his skills on stages across the nation, from the NFL NY Giants Celebrity Chef event at Metlife Stadium to high-profile culinary conventions. His signature dishes, like the juicy cheesesteaks he prepared for VIP Giants fans, have earned him a loyal following among food enthusiasts and celebrities alike.
